BEHIND THE CREATIONS
Originally from Port Harcourt, Nigeria, I discovered my passion for cooking at a very early age. My fondest memories revolve around our family kitchen cooking with my mother and older sister. They taught me the basics of cooking, but more importantly they fostered my passion for cooking. I come from a very large family and the kitchen was always a favorite gathering place in our home, especially during the holidays. It was here where I learned to hone my cooking skills.
My passion for cooking led me to LeCordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts. Once I graduated I naturally gravitated towards cake design and baking. My background in art and my love of sculpting made it an ideal fit. I enjoy the challenge of turning food into art.
Every cake I design is specially customized for your occasion. It is important to me to sit down with my clients to discuss every detail of their event, as well as their special needs and desires they may have regarding their cake or menu. Personal customer service and the ability to fulfill my client's needs to a tee is extremely important and rewarding to me. Adding another layer of joy and uniqueness to a celebration with my art brings me immense gratification.
